More than 30 representatives from Shandong Huifeng Group and its cooperative companies, including Shandong Huarui Co., Ltd.'s leaders and heads of informatization, attended the project launch meeting. The OA project kick-off meeting mainly deployed the collaborative office system for Shandong HSBC Group and its subsidiaries from the aspects of company integration, convenient examination and approval, and fast communication. The mature interconnected components were used to realize the collaborative office system of each company department. After the kick-off meeting, Shandong Huarui Company Wang Feng introduced the situation of the OA project. Project implementation consultant Li Jing made a detailed report on OA's product functions, application value, implementation method, project plan, and project progress.
