The third is to adjust the connection of the shaft production line. After adjustment, gear hobbing, grooving, intermediate frequency, marking, and tempering are used to realize the production of wire. The processing technology of the shaft was changed, and the circlip groove at the mobile end was changed to be processed before hobbing. The grooving and car shape processes were combined to reduce one process, and the turnaround time and production efficiency were greatly improved after connection.
