From May 24th to 28th, 2018, 21 mechatronics college students from Dongying Vocational College of Science and Technology participated in the company-level training of "Youth Sailing 2018" organized by the company.

The training lasted for 4 days and took the form of closed and centralized training. Many training lecturers from various departments have adopted various forms of training methods for college students to conduct corporate development history and culture, basic knowledge of drive shafts, knowledge of ball cage technology , equipment recognition and operation, awareness of quality system, use of measuring tools, Training courses on safety and firefighting knowledge, human resources related policies, and cost awareness. At the same time, in order to enrich the training content and promote exchanges, we watched motivational videos such as "Carter Carter" and "Never Give Up". "Salary" seminars and cultural and sports activities.

Finally, one-to-one interviews and two-way selection were used. 11 interns were recruited in the outer cage workshop and 10 interns were recruited in the inner cage workshop.
